07 - 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

# Directions:
01 - Arrange 8 clear cups with 6 to 8 ounce capacity on a clean work surface.
02 - Dissolve red gelatin in 1 cup boiling water, stirring continuously. Mix in 1/2 cup cold water. Distribute approximately 2 tablespoons mixture into each cup. Position cups at a slight angle using a muffin tin as support. Refrigerate 45 to 60 minutes until completely set.
03 - Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup cold water in a clean bowl. Allow 5 minutes for blooming. Pour 1/2 cup boiling water over gelatin and stir until fully dissolved. Add sweetened condensed milk and stir thoroughly. Cool mixture to room temperature before proceeding.
04 - Once red layer is completely set, carefully pour white mixture over the red layer, distributing approximately 2 tablespoons per cup. Set cups upright and refrigerate 45 to 60 minutes until firm.
05 - Dissolve blue gelatin in 1 cup boiling water, stirring continuously. Add 1/2 cup cold water. Allow mixture to cool to room temperature.
06 - Once white layer is firmly set, gently pour blue gelatin over the white layer, distributing approximately 2 tablespoons per cup. Refrigerate upright for minimum 2 hours or until fully set.
07 - Top each cup with whipped cream and garnish with fresh blueberries and strawberries immediately before serving.
