# Directions:

03 - Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup cold water in a clean bowl. Allow 5 minutes for blooming. Pour 1/2 cup boiling water over gelatin and stir until fully dissolved. Add sweetened condensed milk and stir thoroughly. Cool mixture to room temperature before proceeding.
04 - Once red layer is completely set, carefully pour white mixture over the red layer, distributing approximately 2 tablespoons per cup. Set cups upright and refrigerate 45 to 60 minutes until firm.
05 - Dissolve blue gelatin in 1 cup boiling water, stirring continuously. Add 1/2 cup cold water. Allow mixture to cool to room temperature.
