01 - Thoroughly wash the watermelon under running water, then pat it dry with a clean towel.
02 - On a sturdy cutting board, slice the watermelon into wedges or sticks, removing any visible seeds. Arrange the pieces evenly on a serving platter.
03 - Evenly sprinkle Tajin seasoning over all the arranged watermelon slices.
04 - Squeeze fresh lime juice over the watermelon just before serving. Offer additional lime wedges on the side.
